Our custom silhouettes are precision laser engraved and cut from the finest birch making each one unique due to the natural grain of the wood. The silhouettes are embellished with hand painted details and framed in a custom wood frame under glass to ensure that your investment is protected and becomes a conversation piece for any home or office. Every framed silhouette comes with a self-adhesive crystal you can place on the glass to mark your home, office, or favorite fishing spot. Once ordered, your silhouette arrives ready to hang typically in one to two weeks.
Cutting Boards:
Each cutting board features our engraved design on one side while you can use the flip side as a cutting board. Because our cutting boards are handmade from 100% maple wood, they each have a unique look and coloration. We ship our cutting boards raw to allow you to choose if you'd like to coat them with a food grade mineral oil to use it as a cutting board/cheese tray or you can apply a thin coat of polyurethane if you'd like to simply display it. Our cutting boards are made in the USA measuring 8 3/4 x 11 1/2 x 3/4 thick.

Personalized gifts may not be returned for buyers remorse. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned merchandise cannot be resold.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Due to the nature of face masks and face mask filters or accessories, returns are not accepted.

Most order will ship in 2-4 business days. Candles and favors will ship in 4-5 business days. Shipments originate from Medina, MN. Delivery times will vary depending on your proximity to our Medina, MN warehouse. When selecting our Standard Ground shipping option, most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the day the order ships. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
We process all orders Monday through Friday with a regular daily (M-F) cutoff of 1:00 PM PST to provide the best possible service for our customers. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination (see map below). All gift baskets are F.O.B. our Northern California production facility.

Wine Shipments
Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine may not be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Utah. An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible to insure timely delivery.
Due to the method this item is shipped to ensure safe delivery, it is not eligible for free shipping.Once ordered, your silhouette arrives ready to hang typically in one to two weeks, depending on stock availability.

Processing time is 4 to 5 business days (weekends and holidays not included), selecting rush in the checkout will reduce the processing time to 2 days. Processing time does not
include shipping time. For orders shipped to Alaska, and Hawaii add $20 to above rates (only standard shipping available). We use FedEx for all of our shipments and they are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/AFO. Add an additional $30 our listed shipping rates if you require P.O. Box or APO/AFO delivery
and your order will be shipped with an alternate source. Delivery times may increase by a couple of days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days, and arrive in 6 to 8 business days. Canada shipments also arrive in approximately 6 to 8 business days. Time in transit is not guaranteed for ground shipments.
Free Shipping applies to standard rates only, and does not apply to additional charges for Rush and Express and Canada shipments.
