Every framed silhouette comes with a self-adhesive crystal you can place on the glass to mark your home, office, or favorite fishing spot. Once ordered, your silhouette arrives ready to hang typically in one to two weeks.

Personalized gifts may not be returned for buyers remorse. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned merchandise cannot be resold.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Due to the nature of face masks and face mask filters or accessories, returns are not accepted.

We process all orders Monday through Friday with a regular daily (M-F) cutoff of 1:00 PM PST to provide the best possible service for our customers. Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground and time in transit is 1-5 shipping days depending upon your destination (see map below). All gift baskets are F.O.B. our Northern California production facility.
Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine may not be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Utah. An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address wherever possible to insure timely delivery.
